our divine potential which lies dormant within the pelvic floor. Within
this region is located the basis of who we are. This Chakra is our
foundation. Its shape is that of a square and it is connected to the
earth.

Vishudha
Chakra
Vishudha Chakra is located
at the lower part of the throat. This chakra opens one to the very subtle
spheres of light and sound. Here you find the Akashic
plane where soul information is stored in subtle vibrations. Practices
of deep silence, speaking the truth, speaking words that are
positive and uplifting to others, automatically helps to purify
Vishudha Chakra. At this level, sound, vibration and words
have actual form and frequency. When Vishudha is pure and
strong, anything said becomes manifested. At this level
there is no difference between the sound form and the material
form.
Meditation on Vishudha brings understanding of yourself and your
patterns. It purifies traces of lower emotions such
as lust, anger, greed, hatred and jealousy by revealing the
truth of their origins. It also opens the doorway to
your own existence on other planes.
